Globe and wooden stand have been displayed behind glass in a curio cabinet since received, approximately 1994. This Waterford earth/globe decorative paperweight is stunning on it's own but especially when in sunlight with a rainbow of colors. It's beautifully made and detailed! The globe is measuring at 3" in diameter and is a substantial weight, for display or use, made in Ireland. The corresponding wooden stand is 3.25" square with a cut out for globe and felt insert. Original UPC codes on bottom of globe and stand as well as the hallmark Waterford Crystal seahorse sticker are all intact. Round green felt circles are on wooden base bottom for added protection. The cut crystal globe outlines the major continents around the world. A perfect piece for that jetsetter, world traveler, or Waterford collector. It's Waterford, need I say more?
