Description: Up for sale is this Rare soup tureen or covered vegetable bowls that is in pristine condition. No chips cracks or breaks on this item. This is a great find. Item was made between 1898-1906. Gold scalloped rim on top and on bottom. Bottom is the only place this shows any wear only to be minor considering age. Mark is under the glaze and has a 78 to the side. Item is white w/ pink,& white pansies and green leaves. And is trimmed in Metallic gold daisy scroll around top and on the lid and on handles and on bottom. Some of the gold on handles has worn off. this is a Rare item. I have seen the Plates that match this on Ebay but not this dish. Item was made in Bavaria Germany item is apprx. 4" tall and 6 3/4" diameter This is a steal at this price you just don't see many of these. Thanks for looking and please look at all the pictures.
