May have been samples as some have strings for price tags attached.) Dress most likely needs elastic bands sewn in according to your size on shoulders. On offer is a fab black velvet bodice with wide portrait neckline fitted gown with a dropped V waist and long tapered sleeves with snaps at edge . Beautifully lined in matching taffeta. On or off shoulders style. . Amazing wide sweep hi lo iridescent deep crimson skirting with full black crinoline. Sweep across front is 85”!! Makes a skirt surround of about 170”!! Perfect for all fall and winter occasions and Holidays. See measurements above. Suggest about a modern 2-4 USA range. Condition Vintage age wrinkled very linty needs dry blending.
