Description: The violin is labeled Johann Christoph Leidolff, Lauten und Geigenmacker, in Vienn. 17_ Can see some separations both front and back of violin also missing two strings was told it appears the neck is loose Was told it has possibly been vanished again somewhere in its life span Appraisal dated 1983 states the information on the label which can be seen through one of the F holes (pictures attached) I believe the violin is dated 1756 by some hand written notes I have but have no way to authenticate the note. There is no bow with this violin I can give you any picture at any angle if you ask.
