Description: This style of shoulder/tote bag was common in the 50s and 60s. This one is super clean and in great shape. Unlikely that it was ever used. It's fairly heavy nylon, unlined and has a fabric covered cardboard base. The vinyl piping and trim is flexible and clean. The heavy metal zipper works perfectly. The bag is 12 in wide, 6 in deep and 14 in tall. The zipper is 16 in. The handle is 7/8 in wide and has an adjustable slider. The total length of the handle is 46 in. The Winchester Community School is located in Winchester, Indiana and opened in 1964. I know nothing about the history of their marching show band, nor do I know what the significance of the logo "Great American Band Tours" is all about. If anybody knows, I'd like for them to tell me!! I just think this is a really great bag.
