Grime, dust, scratches, wear marks, surface rust are all present. This box is ready for the fishing tackle or a tool box for the handy man. It can be clean up and used. Take a good look at the picture to see the condition. This is a local estate sale find. I have not attempted to clean, buff or oil it in any way. Scuffs and scratches present.
