Description: A beautiful vintage piece of Shawnee pottery, 1950's. A fine example of Shawnee craftsmanship, from the casting to the glazing technique. The mill is glazed in a light green gloss finish and the mill wheel is done in a flat brownish finish to simulate a wooden texture. The wheel was attached prior to firing. The Shawnee U.S.A. trademark and mold # 769 is on the bottom. The only blemish is a minute glaze chip on one of the roof shingles probably from the glaze process. Other than that, it is in mint condition. No cracks, chips, or scratches. Item is sold as is. Enjoy Oldfool574
