Description: Vintage. Schott. Model: IS 674 MS. A2 Leather Hand Painted Leather Tribute Jacket. Made in the USA.Circa 1970. Regular collar. Popper fastening yoke. Zip fastening with original Talon zipper. If you see the photos you will notice that there is a tooth missing from the zipper, the zip still fastens fine. Waist height covered patch pockets with side entry hand warmer pockets. The pocket bag on the righthand pocket needs replacing. Knitted cuffs & waistband. Quilted lining. The back painting comes from a WW2 B-24L/M Liberator "The Lucky Dog" in the 11th Bomb Group (The Grey Geese). The group saw action all over the Pacific and were at Pearl Harbor in 1941. Condition: As you can see the jacket has seen plenty of wear, which we feel adds to the overall look and attraction. As previously mentions there appears to be a tooth missing on the zip which doesn't effect there closure. The righthand hand warmer pocket lining would benefit from being replaced. As is usually the case there is some age related wear to the knitted cuffs & waistband. Size: Label reads 42. Measurements.
