Description: A good, pre-owned, Army cooking course notebook during Occupied Japan --belonged to Edward Schichler who was apparently training to be a cook in the Army--includes recipes, how to work and rules for on and off the field --106 pages of notes with about 40-50 blank (guess)--pages in excellent condition although yellowed --the cover is detached from the actual notes and pages and has wear (see photos)--includes a page from the Pacific Stars & Stripes (1952), a post exchange permit, a card to be carried describing what to do during an atomic bomb blast, and 3 Yen notes I always welcome questions before purchase and would invite you to visit my eBay store.
