Description: Here is an American Standard "tub and shower" combination valve. Found at a supply house when the old stock was being removed before the building was torn down. Missing were the original A/Stan handles...new after-market replica handles have been supplied. The rest is original. Star type handles were also an option on this valve. I can change the lever handles to the star handles before shipping, see last pic. This valve works with a diverter spout shown in the pics. To operate the tub simply turn the water on, for shower pull the diverter spout knob up and the water is sent to the shower head. Note: This particular model has solder type unions, not a problem for an experienced plumber. 10/23 Current price is the lowest this will be offered.
