Description: This is a Mexican black clay whistle - folk art style - Stands by itself. It works by blowing through the slit for a unique whistle sound. Please study the pictures carefully to look for any imperfections as this is a handmade one of a kind piece. This was purchased from an estate sale so I do not know the exact history but I was told it is very old and was purchased in Mexico.NOTE: there is a Large chip missing in the base and some chips missing on the top of the head. maybe the head had more points on top. Take a look at the photos carefully.
