Description: This is a vintage colonial green Fenton glass basket from the 60s. A lovely piece of mid century modern era glass. It is not marked on the bottom because Fenton did not start marking until later. The handle simulates a straw/bamboo texture. The body of the basket is a thumbprint pattern and it has a ruffled rim. The color is an olive green but takes on many green shades depending on the light. It measures 8 inches across and stands 8 1/2 inches high (including the handle). Bottom base is 3 inches in diameter. This would make the perfect Easter basket for someone who collects vintage glass. Basket is in excellent condition...no chips, no cracks, no fleabites to edges. It is bright and clean and does not have any haze. No scuffs or scratches. Any entrapped bubbles are from the glass making manufacturing process. It is in beautiful condition.
