Having said that, the fan to me is still in pretty good physical condition for its age but has surface paint chipping, scratches, scuffs, marks, and surface rusting on the iron base. The fan works on all three speeds. A great fan for restoring. Be sure and look over the photos carefully at the actual desk fan you will get, because what you see is what you get. Most of the items I sell on Ebay are used and were purchased at Estate sales and auctions, so therefore, they are sold as is. Questions are recommended if you are unsure of anything.
