Pingouin Co. c.1970 Model: 3 Register Chronograph Description: This is a vintage LeJour 3 register chronograph wristwatch with a NOS red rubber/silicon isoFrane style strap. It is currently running and keeping accurate time with all chronograph functions working. The J.P. Pingouin signed Valjoux 7736 looks very clean however, we have no prior service records on this watch and therefore, it is being sold as a non-running watch assuming the buyer will have it serviced prior to wearing. I wore this watch about 5 different times without any issues. The glossy black dial is gorgeous and it has all the original tritium dots with triangle at the 12. The hands also have the original tritium showing no loss to the tritium. The crystal appears to be original and is clean and clear with only minor imperfections if any. The bezel rotates freely in both directions and has its original triangle pip and shows minor flaking to the black painted finish. Included in the pictures, is how it is currently running here in the shop on the timegraph. It has not been waterproofed so any/all factory specs are not guaranteed by us. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer example other than the second one I have listed that has never been polished. I have 4 of these in all which is why I am selling these 2. I take great care in packaging all the items being sold but, I especially take extra precautions when packing clocks. I do everything I can to prevent your clock arriving damaged.
