Description: Frame size is 14" tall and 16 inches wide. Frame was manufactured by Anco Bilt , Gleendale N.Y. framing company found in 1905. On the back of canvas is some number, maybe it is a date and it was painted in April 1941. Found one more painting of the same size and style from this artist "Tere" on Ebay. Unfortunately was not able to identify artist myself. Will add screenshot of other seller listing.
