Description: The guitar is in overall good condition and sounds great To me, the action is a little high, with the measurement at the 12th fret being 1/8". Cosmetically, it has some blemishes but I don't feel any of them are glaring. There is some slight wavering on the back. I've included a few end view photos of the back (see 12th and 13th photos) to try to show what I'm referring to but the wavering isn't really pronounced enough to see it. It does not exist on the face of the guitar. The strings will be loosened and it will be carefully packed in a guitar shipping box for mailing.
