vintage hardy alnwick lightweight perfect trout fly fishing reel 3 + 7/8ths" ..

Description: for sale here is a very good and clean rare hardy lightweight perfect , 3 + 7/8ths" size , ebonite handle , RHW , dup MKII style check , nickel silver rim tension , full unfiled and straight ribbed brass foot , some very light wear to lead finish as seen (the winding plate was only ever lightly leaded as its a different alloy) , a very fine little example , no line cuts or buckles etc , winds perfect with lovely sweet check , lovely little reel...rare lightweight model with duralamin/alloy winding plate , spindle , cog , bushes etc (normally done in brass) , you rarely see these and in such good condition too..built by unknown maker "Z" , all parts also stamped "131", mechanically all tight and perfect and fully checked and serviced.......please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week...ref box 9....please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week... please also view more excellent items on my other ebay account , ebay username is w666fly if you buy a reel from me , you can be sure it has been through my workshop , lines removed , fully cleaned and serviced and any worn or damaged parts replaced with new ones , so no loose handles , no chewed up screws , no spool wobble or spindle wear , no bent or filed feet , no worn pawls , no loose rivets or missing parts , good tight springs and always described exactly as i see it , i do all the hard work so you dont have to worry about getting an inferior reel obviously the more vintage reels may have little flaws such as worn screw heads or paint wear or scratches etc but all items will be fully photographed and described correctly , if you are unsure then please contact me..
