Description: Vintage Hafner Windup Train Set With Cardboard House & Figures-Nice, w/Original Box. Set appears to have been in storage for quite awhile. Box is in really good condition for its age with the exception of an accidental puncture in the lid. Rolling stock is in very good condition with only a few rust spots on the bottom edge of the engine.Includes scenery accessories made from "fiberboard?" Hard to believe these items have stayed in this kind of condition for over 70 years. Includes trees, 3 people, dog, cat and bases to stand them up. Track, while showing some evidence of tarnishing in places, does not display any evidence of rust. Engine runs perfectly. Just needs to get out and get some exercise.
