Description: There some pitting but it’s still in overall nice shape. Both the poll and the edge of the blade are in excellent condition. You can tell it was never used as a hammer. There’s no mushrooming to the poll at all. Its blad is nice and straight. There’s no nicks or dings. I honestly don’t believe it has ever been sharpened. The handle is in excellent shape. The head fits tightly on it. There’s no movement to it at all. As for the sheath the threads that hold back together have been torn. The leather part is still good but it would have to be sewn back together. The one snap has been torn out and is missing. By my scale it weighs 2 pounds 10.8 ounces with the handle. From the top of the eye to the bottom of the handle it measures 24 1/4”. The head is 7 1/8” long and 4” across the blade.
