Description: Vintage Brass Candle Snuffer Extinguisher Dipper Bell Shape with wick in handle. Looks to be hardly used. The wick can be pulled in and out of the handle. It is over 1 inch in length. Not sure of original length of wick. Most of the items I sell are old and used (unless otherwise noted).
