Alpaca silver is made from copper, zinc and nickel and is used by a lot of Southwest designers due to its durability and shine. This one shines beautifully and could easily be worn reversible for just a silver silhouette. This measures about 16-17 inches but is a bit hard to measure due to the curves and rods. It has a bit of patina but I leave it alone without polishing because some people appreciate the patina look. The abalone teardrop inlay is sparkly and pretty. I believe this was crafted in the late 60’s or early 70’s and will remain a favorite piece in your collection.
