Closed as shown: 12" X 12" Opened: 24" X 12" There is a thick piece of cardboard that I can see between approximately in the middle of the calendar. I didn't try to take it out for fear of tearing the wrapper more. Everything seems to be just like new. The outside paper wrapper is open at the bottom & partially down the right side. I know for sure that the actual calendar has never been removed because it would be impossible for the wrapper to go back on without tearing all the way around.
