Vintage 1947 Hamilton Piping Rock 747 14K Gold Watch Silver Dial 29mm Mechanical

Description: Please have a close look at all the pictures. For sale is a lovely vintage Hamilton Piping Rock watch, with a 14k gold case. The pictures do not do this watch justice (it was difficult to picture in the lighting we have at our store, I will attempt to update these if time permits). This watch is in good working order, especially for a watch that is around 80 years old. The serial number places this watch as made in 1947. I have included pictures of the back of the movement so that you can see everything in the exact condition it is in. The crystal has a ding right around 9 o'clock (see pictures), and a small scratch from around the middle bottom left near 4-5 o'clock, going to right around the numeral for 2 o'clock. I will try to picture this as best I can. Also, there is a small dent in the back of the gold case (should be visible in pictures). The watch is approximately 9 inches long from one end of the band to the next. The rest of the watch (not the band, which is like new) has some average wear due to age, but is generally in great shape. The band is not original, but matches the watch well.
