Description: Vintage 1940s Ladies Handmade Black Rayon Dress Floral Beaded Sequin AS-IS 1940's handmade black rayon dress with metal side zipper. Heavy, crepey-like classic rayon fabric. Unlined. Sequin & beading work on the shoulders has been stitched into the fabric of the dress, so not a separate applique. Has kind of a wrap-style tie at the waist. Please note full description of condition. Bust 32"Waist 26"Shoulder to Hem 40"Waist to Hem 25"Sleeve 5 ½"Armpit Opening [laid flat] 10"Shoulder to Shoulder 16" Fair condition. There is oxidizing to the majority of the fabric - especially on the shoulders at around the bottom half of the skirt. Zipper works, but sticks a little & could use some cleaning up. Seam coming out beneath zipper. There is a quarter size hole at the hem of the dress on the front. Stitching coming out at the split of the neckline. Could possibly be re-dyed?
