By buying you agree to the terms below. This item was purchased in 2016 at a closing of the Franklin Mint archives. Pretty much every sample of what Franklin Mint produced was stored there. These were not the customer returns, but new open products with some shelf wear and nearly all with no packaging. Some were explicitly market as PQS (Production Quality Sample). Some where one of a kind items, others Artist proof or or prototype, For your buying pleasure – 1977 FM Pontiac Trans-AM, White, Limited Edition out of 250 in 1:24 scale. As far as I know this car was never displayed by a collector. It could have been on display at the FM museum. It was kept in the Franklin Mint Museum / Archives as a sample. It has green sticker with archive markings with writing from the FM employees on the box. PQS - Production Quality Sample. The car doesn't have a limited number - both the COA and the plaque under the car show blank out of 250 - " /250" I don't know if there are any variation between this sample and the officially released version.SOLD AS IS with no returns. No Returns unless not as described. This is an extremely delicate model with a lot of small parts. It is commonly known that Franklin Mint bikes & cars are very fragile. The buyers are usually acceptable to the notion that a small repair might have to be performed. I will pack securely in bubble wrap and carton box. However, further minimal damage could occur during the shipment or especially while unpacking. You may need to reattach or glue a wire or a small part. If you are looking for a perfect 100% bike/car, please note it will definitely be as described when it is packed and shipped. Thus, please make sure you read the description and examined images.If it arrives damaged you will need to file claim with the carrier. I will provide insurance details.
