Pages are clean and crisp with no written notes or underlining, blue cloth covers . No names inside the covers. Looks unread with strong bindings. This is in very good condition considering the age and with limited dusting on the top edges from sitting on the shelf. There is a serial number as you can see on the inside front end page of the first volume( maybe one of the first of the first editions?!).
