Description: Ex-Library, Bound, The Atlantic Magazine (aka, Atlantic Monthly). The bound volumes (1 year's worth) are from Jan - Dec, 1947. The issues are in very good condition for their age, esp. the pages inside. As an ex-library volume, there are library ID ink stamps on spine/side pages & on the occasional miscellaneous page. A few pages may have very minor tears (nothing major). Some issues have a mailing label on the front cover, too. The volumes each measure approx. 11" x 8" x 2". The covers are red hardback & show some minimal signs of shelf wear. The vols. were bound by a professional bindery co. & are made to last. All these qualities (mentioned above) make these perfect vols. for reminiscing & history lovers...but not as ideal for collecting. Please see photos for examples of this...the overall condition, & contents. Other issues/months from this year may also be available from my inventory. S&H for volumes this large is approx. $10.00 (USPS media mail), so please know that the shipping fee is as low as I can go. Thank you!
