This wrap is 3" x 10" If you are tired of your overgrips and wraps disintegrating in your hand while you play or after you've set your racquests away for the season, you may want to give this a shot. I play tennis quite a bit and I always had to put new wraps on all my raquets.I got tired of that and decided I'd try this appoach. Install this over your existing wrap. You'll want the padding and texture.If you want more texture you can try adding rubber bands or hair ties or whatever you like.As you can see in the photos, the texture of the existing wrap comes through well.The grip is very smooth but is still very tacky to the hand. I've been using a baseball batting glovefor about 20 years now and prefer using a glove over bare hand. I prefer the feel of a glove.What I don't like is having a wrap crumbling in my hand and it getting all over my clothesalong with all the tape adheasive. I've never had to replace this, and it works very well. To apply, simply slide the wrap up the handle and leave a little overhang on each end.Start from the head and and slowly apply head with a hair dryer on the high setting.Evenly go around the handle and the wrap will shrink up tight. Go slow. If you get wrinkles, Just keepadding the heat and they will come out. Adding the heat to the opposite side of the handle will pull the wrinkles out. Don't just keep adding heat to the wrinkle. You want to heat the wrap upequally around the handle. That will give you best results. Just work your way up the handle. Then, just use a blade to trim off the excess. Replace the rubber over the edge or add some electrical tape or just leave it the way it is. It's up to you.
