Shipping Shipping Orders received before 3.30pm, Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders received at weekends, or on bank holidays, are shipped the next working day. UK Orders Most items are shipped free of charge. Some items carry a £0.99 shipping charge which is waived if the buyer orders two or more items and/or the order contains an item sold with free shipping. UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 48 service. 95% of items are delivered within 2-3 working days but this can sometimes take longer. If your order is time-sensitive, we offer options for Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail Special Delivery at additional cost. Replacements/refunds for undelivered UK items will only be issued after 10 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.
