Please do not dispose of the animal without AJ's authorization; doing so will void the guarantee. After approving the DOA, a credit for the item will be issued towards a future purchase, excluding shipping charges, and applied to your next shipment. We do not offer refunds only credit towards future purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited. Once livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions and no guarantee is implied past delivery. Buyer must receive item on FIRST delivery attempt.
