Description: Very well centered with no faults. This is a rare and collectible St. Louis Bears Postmaster Provisional stamp with a denomination of 5 cents. It has not been certified but is in very fine (VF) grade condition. This stamp is a unique addition to any collection of 19th-century United States unused stamps. The red on the stamp is the exact same red that St. Louis used for their cancel stamp and Mabye this is a case of over saturation or accident? IDK.
