A graded SGC EX 5 – 1957 Topps card of Hall of Famer Willie Mays of the New York Giants. This example has no creasing, bold printing, good color, excellent focus and clean borders. The corners are consistent with those found on most EXMT+/NM examples, with the exception of just slightly more wear on the lower right corner. The printing is shifted slightly to the right, but the card still displays well. There is a small imperfection in the cardboard that looks like a tiny "bubble" in the cardboard above the player's hands in the background of the photo. It can be seen when the card is tilted to the light, but it does not detract too much from the overall eye appeal of the card. The printing on the back is also close to one edge, but otherwise the back is clean with bold printing. Even with the minor flaws, this is still a very nice looking card for the grade that would not look out of place in an SGC 5.5 holder. This card would be a great addition to any collection!
