For mildew or molded surfaces use a weak solution of bleach and water to remove then rinse well!; Clean surface with SEM 39362 SEM Soap and a gray scuff pad then clean with SEM 38343 Vinyl Prep.; Spray 2-3 coats of Marine Vinyl Paint allowing 10-15 minutes between each coat.; The substrate should not be subjected to heavy abuse or abrasion for 24 hours.; Salesman Note: Before applying SEM Marine Vinyl, make certain you follow all the steps above.
