Products that are returned to Buydig with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you. Exchanges If you purchased a product from Buydig that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. You may also return a defective item for a refund. Damaged Items All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse.
