Ruffled hemline, short sleeves, round neckline and a button front. You can just pull it over your head to put it on. The buttons do wok though. Multiple colors of pink, purple, red, orange, yellow, gold, and blue. The pattern is a tiny floral with paisleys woven into the fabric.
