It was painted by renowned Czech artist Rose Kutinova. She lived in Pisek, Czechoslovakia and died on 5/19/1962. For years she made some of the most beautiful covers to come out of this Eastern European Country. Stamps are on both sides of the cover. This cover depicts a Sunflower and was hand-painted to match the stamp with a similar design.
