Description: A really nice large dragon handled Art Nouveau vase by the Bohemian firm Reissner Stellmacher & Kessel in the early 1900's. It has a beautifully painted floral design and a snake like dragon figure as a handle. It is 14" tall and approx 6" wide at the widest part. It is well marked on the bottom. The condition is very good with a couple of condition issues. It has a well done old repair on the spout where a V-shaped section has been reglued. It is fairly apparent on the inside of the neck but, is only visible an close inspection on the outside. The last 2 photos show this. The only other issue is a few spots of roughness on the dragon's "fin" that may be tiny chips that have been touched up but, it's hard to tell. Even with these issues, the vase displays very well. I apologize for the shipping cost but, this is a large vase that will require an oversize box to ship safely.
