Ravel - Piano Concertos in G Major & D Major - Monique Haas

Description: This 1965 German import stereo album from Deutsche Grammophon (SLPM 138 988) features performances of Ravel's Klavierkonzerte G-dur - D-dur (Piano Concertos in G major and in D major). Both are performed by Monique Haas (piano) and the Orchestre National Paris, conducted by Paul Paray. Album notes by Karl Heinz Ruppel are in German, English and French. Also included is a Customer Comment postcard for the purchaser from Deutsche Grammophon (see Photos 6 & 7), to be mailed back to the Classical Division of MGM in New York, asking for comments on whether you "enjoyed (did not enjoy) this recording," as well as asking for requests for future artists or works on the label. In return they promise to send you an advance copy of the new 1966 Deutsche Grammophon catalog. The album is in overall excellent condition. There is a record dealer's red inkstamp on the label of Side 2 (Photo 5), and a small collection index sticker in the upper right corner of the back.
