Description: This is a poster from World War II written in Arabic with the slogan "The Victory of the United Nations Is Assured" from World War II that was originally produced for Arabic-speaking colonies, countries, and protectorates by the United Kingdom. It is a very rare propaganda poster and seldom comes up at auction even once a year - especially on eBay. The poster is from 1943. This poster was folded in fourths and brought home to Detroit by an American soldier who was stationed in the Mediterranean Theatre. It was kept in a dry environment but has fingerprints on the back, some very light damage on the edges (see photos), and folds in the center. The folds are not bad at all, not taking away from the colors or subject matter whatsoever. This has no color loss or fading whatsoever. Were this piece professionally conserved and mounted I would expect it would be able to be made to look absolutely pristine. This is an amazing piece of propaganda from WWII you won't find anywhere else. This poster has been unfolded only a couple times since reaching our hands - it will be delivered to you folded as we found it in order not to damage it by rolling it into a tube.
