Description: RARE VTG Remington Kleanbore 348 Ammo Store Display Wooden Sign Shotgun 8.5" This is a very RARE old sign which I assume was made by a store owner to hang above the Remington Ammo.I believe the 348 ammo was made for the 348 Winchester which was made between 1935 and 1958. I have no idea if these signs were mass produced. It is made rather crudely with a very old paper image of a bullet attached to an approx. 8.5" long x 3/4" thick piece of wood. This little sign was found in an estate from upstate NY just one village away from the famous Remington factory. The paper is old and authentic; I have no idea when it was attached to the wood.Good condition with an ink-like spot on the paper and some lifted paper from the wood edges.
