The last musical bar sold in 2000 for $2500.00. Here is an oportunity to own a piece of music history. ES-8329E Achille Tomasi was a musical director who died at the age of 45. Tomassi spent time in the New York State Asylum for the Insane. He came to America in 1872, and organized an opera company of children, who sang in "Crispino ela Comare" at the Olympic Theatre on Broadway. He was an accomplished accompanist, and afterward travelled for several seasons with Brignoli, the tenor. Later he was the director and pianist of a smaill company, which under Sig. de Vivo's direction, went throught the country singing "Don Pasquale." Sig. Tpmasi was afterward the conductor for the Emma Abbott company, and remained in that place for several years. Later he was employed as a conductor of the Duff Opera. company, when Emma Juch was it's Prima donna, and he directed the performance of "Lakme" given by that group in Chicago.
