For the knowledgeable collector, offered here is a rare find, the very large signed Steuben Manta Ray, a rare design in superb condition. Perfect for a milestone birthday, anniversary gift or for your own house on the oceanfront. This Steuben Manta Ray figurine has no nicks or chips and no display marks to the body, very few faint scratches on the bubbled base bottom. It is fully signed Steuben in script on the base bottom edge. This is an original authentic made in USA at the Steuben factory in Corning NY piece. This big mouth blown highly detailed form with Sterling silver stinger rests on a bubbled blown glass wave that refracts light into it's rainbow spectrum! The Sterling silver stinger is removable for safe shipping (see last photo.) This artwork measures approx. 12” in wide by 7” high with the weight (approx. 7 lbs) and clarity that Steuben was renown for. This will come packed in it's fine vintage flannel bag and booklet (with no mildew or nicotene stains or odors etc.) A fair price for a very rare Steuben find in gift worthy condition.
