Description: Rare "Dick Staples" Beverly Hills License Plate Frame. This came off a 1951 California Plate. The condition is good with the exception of a crack in the cast metal as shown in the photo. It isn't broken in two but just cracked. One end of the frame has a slight bow in it. The finish has a dull patina.
