Description: Purchased about 15 years ago, full of grime in Idaho/Montana border. I cleaned it up and was shocked to find chunks of Ore or maybe gold, it looks gold in color(there are many chunks of these at least 10) which made me think it could have been used for smelting. This baby weighs almost 5 lbs!8 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches tall. It has a very worn and pitted rusty look, please view photos to see and ask any questions before purchase. Pot has a very old repair with a metal staple looking brace. Bowl is very sturdy despite repair, and it gave it even more character. I originally had 2 of these bowls. They look like they belong in a mueseum! My best antique find EVER!
