Provenance: Recovered by a member of the AELTC maintenance team, this sign was original displayed in the Ladies changing room. This cool relic from Wimbledon sets out the strict rules that govern players clothing and equipment. Since 1963, the All England Club demand players at the Wimbledon Championships play entirely in white (with few exceptions) and there are specific measurements that sponsorship logos can not exceed. Among the main historic traditions that elevate Wimbledon above that of other Grand Slam events, the dress code is one of the most important elements of Wimbledon's visual brand.
