OOAK Custom Vintage Rerooted & Repainted Dyed AA Black Sindy Doll Gayle Interest

Description: Stunning OOAK Custom Dyed, Repainted & Rerooted Sindy Doll with Black Hair with curled flicked up ends. She has new rooted lashes, new paintwork and Gayle inspired makeup. She was previously a blonde fair skinned Sindy, which I have dyed and reworked, as shown in the last photo. She’s not perfect as any artist will tell you, no dyed doll would ever be. The plastic absorbs the dye differently in different areas of her. I’ve painted her all over as well in plastic paint so all the areas look as uniform as possible. Several layers of sealant have been applied to her entire body. She has a few little lines across her nose, that look far more noticeable in the photos than in real life. She is also dark skin toned like photos of her clothed ( taken out of the light box) She’s now complete and ready for display. She’s rooted in jet black and has a classic style with a centre parting, and flicked up ends. A tiny removable black elastic band her holds her hair tight to her neckline. It’s long enough to put in a short classic ponytail. She’s had a full facial repaint, using professional watercolour pencils, acrylics and pastels. She has had professional sealant applied in a matte finish with gloss applied to accentuate her lips and eyes. Her eye colour is now bronzed brown, she has added blush and dusky pink lips. She wears a brand new handmade vintage style Sindy Dress and I’ve included some preloved privacy pants, to help protect her. *Her shoes are NOT included* She is a preloved 1980’s doll and in very good, clean condition for her vintage age. Her head is marked 033055X on the back. She has been very carefully reworked. Due to the fact that she is painted, dyed and sealed. I wouldn’t advise bending her legs AT ALL. All her digits are in place on her hands and she has no nibbles to her feet. She’s a firm doll. She is a girl of over 40 years years so imperfections are naturally expected, commensurate with being previously a toy. She is now a beautiful OOAK Artisan doll, I’ve created in my own style and sold as a Collectors Doll and not intended for play As with all collectors dolls, she will need to be handled with care. As her body has been painted and dyed, I can not guarantee any colour will not transfer to any clothing, even though I have tried to prevent this using layers of sealant. It’s advisable not to put her in tight fitting clothes or anything that will damage her paintwork. Please bear this in mind if you wish to redress her etc. I’ve spent hours on her as I love giving a new lease of life to preloved loved dolls, she has took a long time creating.
