It looks/measures, to me, to have a regular fit for the size, not a smaller fit like a lot of No Boundaries tops do when they do have a junior size on the tag. You will need to check your measurements and see what You think. I don't know how the fit will be for a normal size XXL/19. It is a Pullover top with Long Sleeves. The fabric is Very Soft. It looks/feels like it will help keep you warm in the Cold Temperatures. It says it is a Conversational Plush Pullover. It has a Low Bottom Pocket on the Front that Both Hands can fit in from each side. It has a Drawstring at the Bottom Hem that you can adjust as you need. It has a Hood with a Drawstring that you can adjust for Upper Body/Neck/Head Warmth. *** Please Check Your Measurements Against Mine.
