It is pre-owned, vintage condition with a little paint loss on the hat and a few other locations. Check out the pictures for more details. It is an estate sale find. It measures about 6" tall. The bottom looks like it has a little sticker remnant. It has "Tate" imprinted on the lower back of the Santa. It is a lovely piece of folk art.
