Description: These are genuine OEM replacement remotes for Mattress Firm, Ashley, RC Willey, Sleep Train, and other large retailer's adjustable bed bases. If your old remotes that came with the bed do not look identical to the ones pictured, there is a good chance they will not work and you will be responsible for return and exchange fees. Take special note on the Ashley M9X5 and 7 remotes as they look identical but run on different frequencies... you need to verify with a sticker under your bed or owners manual as to which model you have. Also, the Hi, unfortunately when the supplier for hhc went out of business, all of their parts department went with them and replacements have been crazy.. the best option that you have is a new Conversion Kit. We do sell those however and one great thing about them is that you can buy extra Remotes down the road forever at really good prices! We have two different kits. The first would just be the basic kit for $169 and will control your head and foot motor along with the presets, but no massage. The upgraded version for $249 would include the massage motor functionality. This includes a new remote control, a new control box, and a new power supply. When you get the new control box, you will simply unplug your head and foot plug motor from under the bed and plug at the existing central control panel location and them into the new unit, then plug it in! We pair new remotes before sending so you’ll be good to go there.
