Description: MADONNA - Screen worn ‘Body of Evidence’ beret Brown beret worn by music legend Madonna in the film “The Body of Evidence” (1993). The beret is in very good condition. There are some words/numbers written in marker on the inside rim of the beret, which I unfortunately cannot make out. The beret still has the scent of some sort of fragrance. This beret was obtained from longtime Madonna collector, Ronald McCormack. Who had many connections to people who worked for Madonna. He even did lighting for some of her famous music videos. McCormack also collected personal items of Janis Joplin, Michael Jackson, Cyndi Lauper, Prince and Kate Bush. McCormack directly obtained this beret from the MGM wardrobe that supplied the costumes for the film, as his handwritten tag attached to the short state. We purchased most of Ron’s Madonna memorabilia in the 1990’s. We will slowly be listing the tour costumes, jewellery and personal possessions over the next few months.
